If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will make two more attempts. The goods then remain in the nearest branch. Our shipping point will contact you to reschedule the delivery. The customer is not obliged to unload the goods, even if they are bulky. Our national contracts with hauliers include the use of vehicles with hydraulic tailgates to mechanically bring the voluminous product to street level. Quaranta Ceramiche Srl reserves the right to guarantee its customers a different organizational timing for the type of product purchased. As indicated in the previous points, the processing and preparation of the product can continue from the moment the payment is received. If after purchasing a product you have changed your mind, you have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal. According to the provisions of the consumer code in art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 you can request a return within 14 working days of receiving the package, bearing the costs for returning the product.

The amount paid during the purchase will be returned to you, with the same payment methods used for the purchase.
