Quarantaceramiche.it ships all over Europe thanks to the partnership with EXPRESS COURIERS directly from our warehouses. All shipments are insured and monitored by our parcel office. Before making a purchase from abroad, you must contact us to calculate the cost of transportation. Quarantaceramiche.it tiles travel on pallets to ensure maximum safety at all stages of the storage of goods. Qualified staff carefully follow all stages of the preparation of the article, from the selection of the appropriate packaging to the use of pallets or wooden boxes, always ensuring the integrity of your purchase. As soon as the goods have been delivered to the courier, an email will be sent with the tracking, which will allow you to follow the location of your goods directly from your home computer or smartphone.

1. PURCHASE METHOD

The correct placement of the order is carried out by Quaranta Ceramiche s.r.l. confirmed by an email sent to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message contains a 'customer order number' which can be used for further communication with Quaranta Ceramiche Srl and as a reason for the transfer. If the order is not accepted, quarantaceramiche.it guarantees timely communication with the customer. The customer can cancel the order by immediately forwarding it to info@quarantaceramiche.it and then contacting our staff at the following address: +39 099 9737128.

If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will make two more attempts. The goods then remain in the nearest branch. Our shipping point will contact you to reschedule the delivery. The customer is not obliged to unload the goods, even if they are bulky. Our national contracts with hauliers include the use of vehicles with hydraulic tailgates to mechanically bring the voluminous product to street level. The courier is not authorized to bring the goods to the upper floors. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the street.

3. INSURANCE

In order to benefit from the insurance included in the price, damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods at the following address info@quarantaceramiche.it or by registered mail to the address: SS 7 ter km 20 + 200 ZI - 74024 Manduria (TA ). It is the responsibility of the customer to check at the time of delivery of the goods whether the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise changed, including the sealing materials (quality check).

Damage to the packaging and / or the product must be reported immediately by accepting the package with reservation and specifying the reason for the reservation on the delivery note (and / or on the electronic device) of the courier, e.g. "damaged package", " broken package "," damaged goods "etc. You and the courier sign.

It is important to write these notes on the customer receipt and have the courier sign it.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, notifications of damaged goods will no longer be processed without the reservation being personally made on the courier's invoice.

4. SAMPLE ORDER OF TILES

We understand that the finishes and colors of the tiles are critical to your selection of the right tile. We therefore offer you a sample to be sent.

You can request a free sample of the tiles by sending an email to info@quarantaceramiche.it. These samples can be shipped together with the other products ordered or individually. The cost of this shipment is calculated based on the weight of the sample and, if requested with other products, will help calculate the total shipping cost.

5. CATEGORY OF GOODS

Quaranta Ceramiche Srl reserves the right to guarantee its customers a different organizational timing for the type of product purchased. As indicated in the previous points, the processing and preparation of the product can continue from the moment the payment is received. Therefore, the number of days specified below must be taken into account from this point in time. In the following we give a detailed list of the times given for each category:

Floors / coverings: with immediate availability from 12/17 working days;

Taps: if available immediately, 4/6 working days;

Sanitary / Bathtub if available immediately, 4/6 working days;

Shower cubicle: 7/9 working days if available immediately;

Furniture: 7/9 working days if available immediately;

Returns Policy

If after purchasing a product you have changed your mind, you have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal. According to the provisions of the consumer code in art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 you can request a return within 14 working days of receiving the package, bearing the costs for returning the product.

The amount paid during the purchase will be returned to you, with the same payment methods used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within ten days of receipt of the goods subject to cancellation (pursuant to article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code).

We would like to summarize the procedure to follow when returning items, in order to protect you and make our work easier:

  • when you receive the package, always remember to be careful not to break the packaging, you will need it in case you decide to return it. We do not accept returned goods in non-original or compromised or damaged packaging.
  • Before sending the package, make sure you have contacted us and have sent us photos of the product as received and of the packaging you created.
  • Before closing the package, remember to insert the product in all its parts (including manuals and instructions).
  • The product must reach us as you received it, so always use all the protections (bubble wrap, wrappers and pallets) as they were inserted for shipping.
  • It is necessary that the product arrives intact in order for the full refund to be recognized, therefore we advise you to pay close attention in order to avoid damage to the product during shipping.

Pursuant to art. 57 paragraph 2 (Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code) the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their manipulation.
